How payment works.
Staged payments
50% deposit to start and 50% before go-live. Premium: 40% / 30% / 30%. Invoices due within 7 days.
Ways to pay
Kenya: M-Pesa or bank transfer. Somaliland: Zaad. Elsewhere: bank transfer or Wise.
Always in writing
A numbered invoice and a signed agreement before any payment is due.

Are there hidden costs?
Domain and hosting are paid by you, in your organisation's name, usually a modest yearly amount. Everything else is in your proposal.
Can we mix packages and care plans?
Yes. The pairings are a recommendation. A Basic site that posts a lot of news can take the Growth plan.
Do you offer discounts for schools?
Our prices are already set for schools and non-profits. Care plans paid yearly save 10%.
